Chelsea loan out Zouma to Everton.
The Transfer Window in England has closed, but Everton’s decision to submit a deal sheet for the loan signing of Zouma from Chelsea ahead of Thursday’s 5pm deadline paid off as they got the deal completed and ratified on Friday.
Everton manager Marco Silva confirmed a deal to bring in Zouma was “almost done” on Friday -ahead of their Premier League opener against Wolves on Saturday.
Zouma has been limited to 43 Premier League appearances for Chelsea since signing from Saint-Etienne in 2014.
Zouma last season on loan at Stoke but was unable to save them from relegation.
“Kurt Zouma has joined Everton on loan until the end of the season”- Everton confirmed on their Website.
“Frenchman Zouma moves from Chelsea and joins Brazil midfielder Bernard, Barcelona trio Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes and Lucas Digne, Richarlison and Joao Virginia in arriving at Goodison in the summer transfer window.
“After making his debut as a 16-year-old for Saint-Étienne in his homeland, Zouma established himself at the heart of their defence for three seasons before moving to Chelsea”
