Enyimba to play Rayon Sports as CAF Confederation Cup Quarter final draws were made

Finally the pairings for the quarter finalists for the CAF Confederation Cup are known as the road to the silverware in second tier of African club football narrows to the end with Enyimba FC travel to Rayon sport.

The draw for the quarterfinals of the Total CAF Confederation Cup took place on Monday in Cairo, Egypt.

Former South African defender Mark Fish and Egyptian icon, Hazem Emam assisted in the draw process.

The sole Nigerian representative on the continent, Enyimba Football Club of Aba, got a luck of the draw on paper couple with advantage of playing away in the first leg of the CAF competition.

The draw for the pairings of the semi-finals was also conducted.

Herewith the results of the draw of the quarter-finals conducted on Monday in Cairo, Egypt;

Rayon Sports (Rwanda ) vs Enyimba (Nigeria)
CARA (Congo) vs Raja Club Athletic (Morocco)
El Masry (Egypt) vs USM Alger (Algeria)
AS Vita (DR Congo) vs RS Berkane (Morocco)

The games to be decided in the following dates:
First leg: 16 October 2018
Second leg: 23 October 2018

Also, in attendance was CAF President Ahmad and officials of the qualified teams.
